- Business information: trade or service type, city and service area, and your monthly lead volume interest.
- Communications: the content of any emails, text messages, or calls between you and Flowinleads.
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed, using standard web analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Review and respond to your contractor application;
- Set up your account and deliver leads to you via SMS, email, and phone;
- Send you service-related messages, including onboarding, confirmation, billing, and support communications;

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Consent. By submitting our contractor application form and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Flowinleads at the phone number you provide. These messages may include account notifications, lead delivery, onboarding instructions, and customer support.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and lead volume. You may receive multiple messages per day during active periods.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-out. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages from us. If you would like to start receiving messages again, you can reply START.
Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@flowinleads.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information sharing. Mobile information and consent for SMS messaging will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude mobile opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver leads (for example, hosting, email and SMS providers, and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect your information;
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flowinleads, our customers, or others;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.
